Vision
To establish Agriculture as the bedrock of the State economy for the attainment of self-reliance in food security, employment opportunities, raw materials for industries and enabling agricultural environment for virile and strong economic base.

Attainment of self-sustaining growth in all sub-sections in the State and development of enabling atmosphere for overall Socio-Economic transformation and improvement in the quality of life of Oyo State citizenry.
